The Delhi Law enforcement has arrested an alleged ISIS operative with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) from central Delhi’s Ridge Road region, a senior officer explained on Saturday.
The accused was arrested on Friday night subsequent a temporary trade of fireplace.
“The accused was arrested after an trade of fireplace from Ridge Road in between Dhaula Kuan and Karol Bagh,” Deputy Commissioner of Law enforcement (Exclusive Mobile) Pramod Singh Kushwaha explained.
